Round 1: Link-a-Letter
The initial letters of each answer, in order, spell a mystery word or phrase.
Optional clues to the mystery phrase: A type of creepy crawly, specifically a spider. Gets its name from the female who sometimes eats the male after mating.

Round 2: Joker Round – TV Sitcoms
Usually focused on just one subject, this type of round is ideal to use in Quizzes where teams are given the subject rounds in advance, and are able to choose which round to play a joker on, meaning they can double their points for that round.

Who Am I Rounds
You can use this type of round throughout your quiz – giving the first clue with the first round, the second with round two, and so on. Teams then get the relevant number of points depending on what time they handed their guess in. Here’s two examples for you to try.
Who Am I? – Actor
Clue 1 – 10 points
I was born in Fulham, 1989. My mother was a casting agent and my fatter a literary agent. I began performing in small school productions as a young child.
Clue 2 – 8 Points
In 1999 I played the role of a young David Copperfield in a BBC drama of the same name, two years later I played the role of Mark Pendel in ‘The Tailor of Panama’.
Clue 3 – 6 Points
I was educated at three private schools for boys in London, but was not a very good student, I considered school useless and found the work really difficult. As my acting career grew I continued my education through on-set tutors.
Clue 4 – 4 Points
In 2000 I met producer David Hayman while I was at the theatre with my father, he was looking for an unknown British actor for a film role and asked me to audition. Eight months and several auditions later I was cast in a role for which I became internationally recognized.

What Am I? – Type of Creature
Clue 1
I am a relatively large African mammal with an average lifespan of 20 years. You would see me in my natural habitat roaming much of the continent south of the Sahara. I share common ancestors with elephants and golden moles.
Clue 2
I have large front claws and can dig holes at a rate of 2 feet (0.6 meters) in 15 seconds – this helps me not only to find food but helps keep away predators such as hyenas and lions.
Clue 3
I am most active at night and tend to live alone. I have poor eyesight and rely on my keen sense of smell and sound to get around. I use my sensitive snout to locate food, and then dig it out with my sharp claws. My diet consists mainly of insects.
Clue 4
I have been described as having the body of a pig, ears of a rabbit, tongue of an anteater and tail of a kangaroo. I can eat up to 60,000 ants and termites in one night thanks to my 12 inches (30 centimeters) long tongue.
