For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ‘website’ refers to the whole of the QuizDemon website (namely www.quizdemon.co.uk) and all its contents.
In continuing to use and browse this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with the Privacy Policy govern QuizDemon’s relationship with you in relation to this website. The terms and conditions, and any of the content of the pages and/or services on this website may be updated, amended, changed or removed without notice. By using this website you agree to be bound by the latest version of such documents.

Conditions of Use
You agree not to re-sell, copy, lend, distribute or otherwise use material without express permission from QuizDemon. Quiz Packs are for single-use only. Should you wish to use the same quiz material on more than one occasion, you agree to purchase the relevant number of Packs required.
Quiz Packs are supplied in Word to enable you to alter/amend quiz material if needed. This does not extend to removing or replacing copyright, and you agree material supplied by QuizDemon is acknowledged on your finalized printed quiz.
Subscriptions
Subscribers will receive links to their chosen quiz pack/s each Tuesday before 3pm, should a circumstance arise where this is not possible every effort will be made to contact subscribers and keep them updated.
Subscribers will be invoiced four-weekly, usually two quiz packs in front/behind.
Once subscribed the first chosen quiz pack is free, with a link to set up secure payments via PayPal sent the following week. Should the subscription not go ahead, or be cancelled within the first four weeks, the cost of the first quiz becomes payable.
Subscriptions can be cancelled by notifying us, once confirmed an invoice/refund for quiz packs sent/not delivered will be issued as appropriate.
Annual Holidays
Subscribers will be given at least four weeks’ notice of any upcoming holidays and can choose to either miss the relevant weeks or have quiz pack links from stock sent in advance.
Christmas and New Year
Many pubs suspend a quiz during the weeks containing Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and as such no new packs are published in that two week period. However as with annual holidays subscribers can choose to have quiz pack links sent from stock on request.
The last quiz of the year will be a *Christmas Special and the first quiz of the New Year will be an *End of Year Special. *From Xmas and New Year 2021/2022 these will be optional if available. Subscribers will be given details and relevant dates towards the end of November.
